1. General Terms

Making a reservation (by phone, electronically, or via third parties) implies acceptance of these terms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service in case of violation of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

 

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00
  • Check-out: by 11:00

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Check-out after 15:00 without prior arrangement will be charged as an additional night's stay.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation for bookings cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 21 days, or in case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

For bookings made through platforms (e.g., Booking, Expedia), the policies stated there apply.

 

4. Valuables & Personal Belongings Safety

The safety of your personal belongings is very important to us. However:

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of items not placed in the room’s safe box.
  • Each room is equipped with a safe box for secure storage of valuables, money, documents, and electronic devices.

 

5. Spa Services

Revitalize your body and mind in our spa area, under the following conditions:

  • Access is by appointment only.
  • Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes early.
  • Delays of more than 10 minutes may shorten the duration of the service.
  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a fee may apply.
  • Pets are not allowed in the spa area.

 

6. Pet Policy

We love animals and ensure that your four-legged friends enjoy their stay, with respect to all guests:

  • Pets are allowed only with prior notice at the time of booking.
  • Pets must always be accompanied and not left alone in the room.
  • They are not allowed in dining areas or the spa.
  • Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and cleanliness.
  • An up-to-date health booklet is required.

 

7. Internal Regulations

  • Smoking is not allowed in rooms or indoor areas. Violation incurs a cleaning fine.
  • Damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
  • External visitors are not allowed in rooms without approval from the reception.
